Tolu Afonja is a Trainer, Certified Integrative Life Coach, Speaker and Human Resource Professional with experience cutting across Education, Banking, Consulting, and Coaching.
She facilitates the optimization of team productivity and performance within organizations through tailored retreats, training sessions, consulting, and coaching programs. Fondly referred to as “The Nurturer”, she also guides individuals and couples to evolve and thrive as they gain clarity, overcome mindset limitations, discover their options, set and take intentional steps to optimize the best versions of themselves so that they enjoy happiness, satisfaction, fulfilment and emotional well-being.
She achieves this through providing transformative solutions as the Lead Coach and Consultant with Evolve 2 Thrive Limited.
Formerly the Chief Operating Officer of OLCA Coaching Limited, she worked in various capacities with Kainos Edge Consulting Limited and AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria. Tolu has proven leadership experience in developing and aligning human resources strategies with improving organizational performance. She has been honoured with several awards. In 2024, she received the “Leadership Award of the Year” from The Iconic Brand Africa (TIBA) and the “Coaching Excellence Award “from HR Talent Hub Ng.
Currently the Vice President of the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN), Tolu is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD) and an accredited Management Trainer with the Nigerian Centre for Management Development (NCMD).
