QuantumCORE Consulting is a Management Consulting and Executive Coaching firm created to help our clients create elite performers across different levels of their organisation(s).

We live in unprecedented times – this applies to businesses, the people that run them and the people that work in them. Inside the last couple decade, the world of work has been impacted by a host of epoch defining events. These events are such that they accelerate the rate of change and reengineering that we see across industry and sectors.

At QuantumCORE Consulting, we believe that to adapt to – and prosper in – this level of change with its accelerated thrust, organisations /businesses (big and small) must develop the capacity to evolve faster. By this, we mean that the concept of obsolescence has caught up with the idea of the “Learning Organisation”. The organisations that will thrive in this decade and the next are not going to be learning organisations – by design, learning organisations respond after the fact. The organisation that will thrive will be Thinking Organisations – this is the next iteration in the evolution of the organisation.

Thinking organisations are designed specifically to anticipate, predict and create the future. The ability to create the future, anticipate unplanned change, and deep probe the future sets this kind of organisation apart from the rest.

The responsibility of birthing this novel kind of organisation rests solely on one class of resources: Human resources. The quality of its workforce is the one factor that determines whether an organisation will evolve into this novel state.

Our mandate at Quantum Core Consulting is to help orgnaisations develop and deploy quality workforce across all levels and cadres. Quality is not an event; it is a creation and we believe that it can be sustained.

The only constant in today’s world of work are People! Everything else is subject to the forces of change and obsolescence but people are the only workplace factor that can guarantee a business’ continuous existence.

The quality of people attracted to, retained and developed within an organisation solely determines whether or not that organisation will transcend times. That’s why at QuantumCORE we believe that advances in Industrial/Organistional Psychology, Cognitive and Behavioural Psychology, Managerial Psychology, and Neuroscience are of particular importance in shaping today’s organisations and even those of the future.

We bring advances in all these various fields to bear on our client interventions – which we mostly call WORKFORCE OPTIMIZATION PROGRAMS – whether it be corporate trainings, executive coaching or management consulting.

To help us consistently meet our mandate, we ensure that our core team is comprised of workplace psychologists and elite executive and businesses coaches.
