EZEOGU CHUKWUEMEKA KAYODE

Ezeogu Chukwuemeka Kayode is the Lead Consultant & Coach at QuantumCORE Consulting, a Management Consulting & Executive Coaching firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. He has degrees in Mathematics and Psychology. He is a Certified Leadership and Life Success Coach, A Master NLP Practitioner and Level 3 EFT and Matrix Re-Imprinting Practitioner. 

As a Consultant & Coach, Ezeogu has designed and facilitated trainings and interventions in Leadership, Workplace Psychology, Performance Optimization, Team Building & Bonding, and Change Management

His professional journey includes an 8 year stint as a faculty member and Head of Academy and Coaching Services at the prestigious Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy (OLCA) now known as OLCA Ltd. 

Having spent well over a decade in the field of human capacity development, he brings this vast experience as well as his detailed knowledge and experience in human behavioural psychology to bear on every intervention whether they be individual or corporate. This is evident in the Self Mastery Model (KADE) that he developed for the Academy – the model has been used for workplace optimization for a host of organisations one of which is Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL) – an international human resource management firm.

He has designed and facilitated certification programs for various cohorts in courses like Life Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programing, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Emotional Intelligence, Communications, Sales, Customers service and Goal setting.

He has designed and facilitated corporate turn –around projects for clients in various industries across sectors of the economy. His expertise has been brought to bear on Culture Transformation Interventions Projects for clients like Amazon Energy, Eroton Exploration and Production Company, Transcorp Hilton, Prime Attorneys Ghana, Bank of Kigali and the Kwara State Civil Service Having a vast understanding of the dynamism of today’s workplace (in people, systems, structure and solutions), Ezeogu Chukwuemeka has worked with his team to provide innovative insight for Creating Blue Oceans for clients likes IHS Towers across their locations in West and Central Africa, Argentil Capital Ltd, the Public Private Partnership Sector of the Lagos State Government, The New Practice (TNP), and a host of others.

Ezeogu is also part of Nigeria’s first generation of Integrative Psychotherapists. He adds his expertise in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Matrix Reimprinting to his training as a psychologist when he works with clients to help them resolve their Mind, Emotional, Behavioural, and general life issues. He has worked with countless number of clients – which remarkable results – over the last couple of years.

He holds Basic and Advanced Certificates in Leadership. He is a CMD (Centre for Management Development) Certified Management Trainer – having completed Basic and Advanced course in Management development.  

Ezeogu Chukwuemeka has over the last decade designed and deployed full spectrum leadership development programs for a broad spectrum of individuals – (undergraduates, Postgraduates, volunteer leaders in FBO’s and NGO’s as well as professionals across various corporate organisations). He also developed the FLL-MODEL for Leadership – a model that helps people discover, develop and deploy their leadership ability with incredible ease. One organisation that has been exposed to the full range and reach of the FLL –MODEL is the Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL)- an international human resource management firm.

As an expert in the theory and practice of emotional Intelligence, Ezeogu has designed and deployed Emotional Intelligence trainings and interventions for organisations like Dufil Prima foods, Eterna Oil, Total Nigeria Plc, and FCMB.  

His expertise in Executive Coaching that spans almost a decade has been refined by his work with countless number of private individuals as well as corporate organisations.  As an executive coach, he has coached executives for clients like PriceWaterHouseCooper (PWC), Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL), Flour Mills Nigeria PLC., EiE Nigeria and a host of others.

Ezeogu Chukwuemeka was on the Youth Thematic group of the National Economic Summit Group (NESG). He is passionate about seeing people perform at their best in every profitable pursuit. He is also a Fate Foundation volunteer facilitator.

His engagement with Fate Foundation saw him bring his knowledge of start-ups to bear for two years on their NEXT ECONOMY project – a project that focuses on helping entrepreneurs conceptualize an impact driven business – as volunteer facilitator.

He is an associate member of the Institute of Public Management (AIPM), a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and a member of the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN). ‘

He had served on the Congress of LCAN as the Deputy Director of Membership and Recruitment for two tenures. He is a Management/Workplace Psychologist – with expertise in Managerial as well as Organisational Psychology, an author, a Corporate Trainer and a seasoned Conference Speaker.

He is a nation builder. As part of his consistent contribution to national growth, he runs various projects – both as an individual and with his firm – in the low income earning parts of Lagos. Two of these projects are: The Cornerstone-Stone Project – a project ran in 8 secondary schools in mainland Lagos to help students identify and develop their career paths – and Vision Diets – an annual urban mentoring project that help young people in the low income earning areas carve, keep, and live out their vision for life.

When he is not training, teaching or coaching, Ezeogu loves to travel, cook, read and sing.
